Man, that's great. I have not lost as much but I have lost about 40 and I feel better than ever. Eating better than ever, too. The food pyramid is as deadly to the people of this country as nicotine. The dietary advice of the federal govt is literally killing us. The sheeple need to awaken before they die of heart attacks or diabetes b/c that is where most are headed.
Along with the "nutrtional experts" who are desperately trying to convince the public their training is still relevant.
