I don't want to scare you...but it can't be heard on a Uniden or other scanner availabe in the store. But I wouldn't be trading National Secrets with your wife, as CDMA has been hacked and monitored.

and while I am at it...the SDSO trunked system can be disabled too....its the same technology as the system the college kids disabled in the midwest!
