I began thinking that when I heard his father interviewed. The interesting thing is that he was in Kirkuk, Mosul and Western Iraq without protection and refused to leave the country. When confronted with this info, his father said that "He was afraid" to go to the airport (the most protected place in the country.) It just didn't make a lot of sense, and the fact that his sister married an Arab Moslem, I suspect he was knee deep in AQ....
Sad. And if this should turn out to be what they do to one of their own, I hate to think of how they'd treat anyone else.
