That's a false choice, my FRiend. The Federal Guv'ment is LOADED with pork, the Dept. of Education LOST--cannot figger out where it went--over $40 Billion just last year alone. We must cut wasteful domestic spending by devolving the responsibility fer programs to the States.
Reagan did it with a DemonRAT House and it's a viable political issue that Dubyuh and the Republicans need to champion this autumn.
