Matt Drudge is reporting that presumptive Democratic nominee John Kerry, who crashed his $8,000 bike earlier this month, told reporters in front of cameras, 'Did the training wheels fall off?' According to Drudge, reporters are now debating whether to treat the alleged comment as on or off the record.
