Subject: Operation Iraqi Freedom

Hello, I'm the Officer in charge of the Combined Joint Task Force 7 Website.

We provide, press releases on events in theater, transcripts of press briefs, pictures, links to individual units news letters, the Coalition News paper Scimitar, and various other information aspects concerning CJTF-7 and Operation Iraqi freedom. We are getting about 100,000 unique visitors a month.

I would like to make my site more accessible to the education community. As a civilian educator myself, being able to infuse history in the making into my classroom would be an invaluable asset and very rewarding.

There is a lot the standard press and news papers do not print that we do. I would greatly appreciate any help you might be in this endeavor.

thank you

CPT Adam W. [I deleted his last name here]

FYI.

BTW, I deleted certain info (shown above as deleted) because I didn't know if that personal identifying info should be on the net. But, as I said above, freepmail me if you want his email address.

And, yes, he included the quote there from Morticia Addams. :)

Some of the grammar and, the punctuation in this note isn't that great. I hope their press releases get a little more proofreading.

Bump. Ain't technology grand?

I got a resume from a soldier last year..."Please excuse my sloppy formatting, but I am writing you from a foxhole on an abandoned airfiled north if Tikrit..."

Thanks, and -- where are we going to find out anything more? There is so much happening over there, and I really wish we could see and hear more than just the BAD news. I'm very sad over all the bad news. I know that is never is short supply on the pages of newspapers.

Oh, I think that could easily happen!
