W needs one of those to win.
PA needs to show more improvement in the job market.
In Cleveland, steelmaker ISG (which recently announced quarterly profits of some 78 million dollars)has re-opened one of their renovated furnaces, recalling a couple hundred very well-paid steelworkers. Ford re-opened Engine Plant #2, with a recall and new hiring of hundreds more autoworkers, also well-paid union jobs. Manufacturing is coming alive in the Rust Belt.
