PHOENIX Richard Simmons won't be sweating it out in court.
An assault charge against the 55-year-old exercise guru has been dropped. He had been accused of slapping a six-foot-two, 250-pound ultimate cage fighter, allegedly in retaliation for a sarcastic remark.

I think the funniest part of the story (not mentioned in the article) is that Richard Simmons hissed "It's not nice to make fun of people with issues!" right before he slapped the guy.
