I agree with both of your comments. My point is that the FCC has fined both Stern, and to a lesser degree, Mancow for smutty talk in their broadcasts. My point: Sedition IS a LOT worse, and I don't hear anything being done about "capital presidential war crimes" liberal broadcasters.
