Well, Albanians are not stupid as Serbs to believe truth will see the light of the day by itself. Rudder and Finn were to expensive for Serbs, not to mention lobbying like Jews, Greeks, Armenians, or, in the end, Croats and Albanians. Klinton enetered into war against Serbia saying KosovO. A few weeks kater he changed it to KosovA. By the end of the 79 days of bombing he went back to KosovO.
