I was talking about Gore's speech.
I understand. The same applies to Gore today. Since war has not been declared, he has a very wide berth, not to mention a very wide mouth...LOL So although his speech is treasonous, it would be difficult to convict him of treason. Personally, I think Gore has fallen off the deep end and has pretty much placed the last nail in his irrelevant political coffin. He knows his political future is dead so he has decided to be a "bomb thrower" in the 'Rat party.
