This guy may be in a lot more trouble if he has been taking pictures of 17 year old girls having sex. In Texas the age of consent for participating in sexual acts is 17, because a 17 year old is no longer a juvenile. A 17 year old is not however an adult, but a minor and taking picture of a minor enagaed in sexual conduct is felony production of child pornography. Showing those those pictures to someone else is distribution of child pornography.
