You are way overreacting. He didn't add the quotes. Are you saying the verse does not say what he says it says? If you are, then you are the one twisting facts.
Should we bring up the fact that the bible wasn't written in English in the first place? Do we have a number on the average number of translations made to date to get it to its current state?
It does not say "exactly" anything in modern English. The whole discussion of the use of quotes is a bit much.
