I think these kind of books keep a lot of good people from entering politics. I also surprised to see the ex-wife of Neal Bush involved, as the last article I noticed said she decided not to participate in this book.

I read this article and I thought along those same lines.

The other side of the aisle seems to have lots of problems getting their point of view out on talk radio, but the book shelves are overflowing, and there is no shortage of Bush bashing on tv.

I strolled the aisles of BN a couple of days ago, and couldn't believe the number of anti-Bush screeds. satan is working overtime.

Funny, I missed K. Kelley's book on the Clintons. She seems to have gone from the Reagans to the Bushes.

Yeah, and a Dem site I visited is drooling over the upcoming release of this new book. They are thrilled that people who may have missed all the previous Bush bashing books will pick this one up. I hate to say it, but no doubt it will influence some voters who are sitting on the fence.

That old hag Kelley. I wish someone would put this lying psycho out to pasture.

I agree, it will. But satan often overplays his hand, like with Janet Jackson. I think a lot of undecided people will get sick of the acrimony, the constant criticism, and the easy promises.

Amazing how ONLY the Bush-bashing books get play. Bill Sammon has a book... Dick Morris has a book (a bestseller, to boot).

No, no bias here... move along.

Well .. for whatever it's worth .. one of those "damaging books" is now selling for 9.95. That doesn't sound too damaging to me. And .. with all the booing of the partisan dems .. this is going to be fun!

Not to mention how many books were written about Bill Clinton while he was President? It set all records. I believe there were more written than have been written about Bush. They all had startling revelations in them. But none of them ever made it to 60 Minutes, did it?

You also have to remember this is not just a hit on George, it's missiles are meant for Jeb, too.

New York Times April 7, 1991, Sunday.

"Ms. [Kitty] Kelley says the affair (of Nancy Reagan) with Mr. Sinatra began when Mr. Reagan was Governor and 'continued for years.' Mr. Sinatra, she adds, was an invaluable fund raiser for Mr. Reagan when Mr. Reagan was Governor... [this] could forever shatter that myth and add allegations of scandalous sexual behavior to the folklore of the Reagan era." -Maureen Dowd

Well yet another one, and another hit piece by that low life Kitty Kelley. Did she do one on the Clinton's? NO!! Seems she loves to smear conservatives however, after doing Nancy Reagan in so bad even daughter Patty defended her when she wasn't even speaking to her.

Well, I'm sure there are people who have opted out of public service and politics for that very reason - even if there's nothing to dig up.

I have nothing special to dig around in, but never underestimate a democrat. The mud slinging nature turns people off yes and also once you get there then what? Dunno... I'm way too opinated and intolerant and not very PC. Thumbs down :)

SO WHAT !! The only people who will read this book or any book reviews pertaining to it are the libs who are already gonna vote a straight Socialist ticket.

The Independents and "TRUE" swing voters don't give a crap about this stuff.
