Apparently the author of this little farce, did no better in math than he did in English.

Read it again, Hayek. Kerry leads Bush by 3%, 44% to 41%. Statistically, this may be interpreted as so close as to be "even", given the margin of error typical of most polls. However, the amount of movement, two points, is also within the margin of error, so the headline could just as well have been written "No change in Bush, Kerry numbers."
Please let me know if you need further explanation.
Please lose the condescending attitude.

I confused it for a new poll because it was posted about five days after you already had it on your site.

Ok, Bush was leading 45 to 39. He now leads Kerry 44 to 41. And this is reversing the standings how? It is Democrat Journalism and it works this way: If the journalist is a Democrat, s/he can write whatever s/he wants. It doesn't have to make sense. It doesn't have to be true. It just has to feel right to him/her as in "Speak Lies to Power."
