A little over a year ago .. my niece and her husband were suddenly told that the baby they were expecting had a very large head and they were concerned.
Even at this early stage, the doctors were recommending they abort the child.
Being Christians, they came to my house and we prayed. They had already decided they would trust God and they believed the baby was going to be okay.
Months later, the doctors were preparing to perform a cessarian, deliver the baby, rush the baby to a Children's hospital close by and perform an operation .. which consisted of a shunt to allow the fluid to drain from the child's brain .. which they concluded was continuing to enlarge.
However, while my niece was in the hospital to have the operation .. she went into labor. After one more quick check, the doctors decided to allow her to deliver normally. The baby was delivered. The doctors WERE SURPRISED the baby appeared normal. They ran tests. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH HER. SHE JUST HAS A LARGE HEAD - NORMAL FOR THE MOTHER'S FAMILY. Today .. she appears normal in size for any 1 year old. She's an adorable, bright, happy little girl.
HOW MANY WELL-MEANING DOCTORS HAVE GIVEN BAD REPORTS TO PARENTS WHO ELECTED TO ABORT .. PERFECTLY NORMAL BABIES ..??
Those people are truly EVIL.
You'd be surprised how many babies are killed when the drs claim there is something wrong when there really isn't.
While I was pregnant with both of my babies, I refused all those tests. No way would I kill my babies, even if there was something wrong. I can't believe how angry the doctors got when I refused. They even made me sign a paper saying I had refused the tests! The tests I refused had a very high % of false positives anyways. I can't understand why they'd still use them.. The only thing I did have done was an ultrasound mid-pregnancy. If there was something wrong, the drs at least could prepare for it before the baby is born. There are surgeries that can even be done on the baby while it's still inside the womb.
"The doctors" must have been trained at the University of Timbuktu. Even American medical students know better than that.
