I have been searching, but can't come up with the blaming quote that the caller mentioned. Singer probably didn't say it in the exact words of us 'deserving' 9/11, but I sure wouldn't doubt that that was the message conveyed by the piece mentioned. I'm not going to spend the cash to seach the Times archives for it, Singer isn't worth it.
