We the people need to hold these judges accountable - why are we so helpless in getting these scumbags removed. It is nice to see a democrat go after this bias judge - where are the Republicans?

The most disturbing things is that most voters don't care. Here in Florida we have reelected the Florida Supreme Court justices who made a mockery of our laws in 2000.
I'm only one of the minority who voted against those activist judges. Most voters don't care to vote these activist judges out; furthermore, neither do most voters care to elect politicians who will appoint and confirm conservative judges.
Gee, liberal judges don't follow the law, they just make it up as they go. What a real surprise. Wow. Never would have thunk it.

Activist judges - AKA black robed Nazgul - need to be stopped, thwarted, their decisions rolled back, defeated, ostracized, kicked off the bench, fired, repealed, retired, recalled, impeached, censured, and maybe imprisoned. Also ridden out of town on a rail, after being tarred and feathered.

I wish with all my being that the good people of Utah would elect someone else beside "down the Hatch" as their senator. He is disgrace to Utah and the Senate. He is wormlike and foul, reminds me of Grima Wormtongue.
In CA, a couple of years ago they tried to get all judges who belonged to the Boy Scouts of America kicked off the bench. That was a little too extreme, so instead any judge who belongs to the homophobic BSA CANNOT PRESIDE over any cases involving homosexual issues.

As another thought on this, we should investigate ALL liberal judges to determine which ones have ever spoken out on the issue of same sex marriage or homosexuality and publicize the findings as a warning.
