It pays to be nice. :)I'm in IT. We've got one employee who loves to forward "adult" emails to his buddies at work. He's smart enough to include IT on that list of buddies.

Quite smart indeed!
The way I see it, as long as I'm keeping them happy, I'm that much more secure. IT people can do a LOT to screw co-workers they don't like.
