The same San Francisco federal judge who just overturned a federal law banning partial-birth abortions also approved of Muslim prayer in schools when federal rulings ban all other denominational prayers and activities. Tyrants in black robes.
Bush tries to nominate good judges and can't even get the DEMONcrats to follow the Constitution.
Where will it all end up? I shudder to think just how far they're willing to go.
I believe the Chief Justice of the CA Supremes is married to the head of the ACLU. Does anyone see a conflict there?

Is there any way for a Federal judge to be removed?Lifetime appointment. Removal by impeachment. IIRC there has been one federal judge removed since Reconstruction. The (less than) Honorable Alcee Hastings. I believe he is now a Democrat Representative from Florida.

The IRS is pretty good at judge removal, especially at the state level. The true remedy is for the congress to do it's job and impeach judges who don't defend the Constitution of The United States. You know, that promise they made when sworn into office?
If the congress refuses to do their job and you ask the question out of frustration, it's time to vote on an informed basis.

I've heard they can be impeached, but nobody seems to be doing it. There should be term limits for judges. (Actually I would prefer jail.)

Is there any way for a Federal judge to be removed? Lots of ways ..... but it gets a lot uglier before it gets better.
