Geragos is a real clown. He's the most unprofessional Lawyer I have witnessed ever. He has become far too full of himself. This trial is reminding me of the hare and the turtle. Distaso is a straight shooter, he will have his facts straight and he will behave propertly. Attempting to bring Amber into this as a culprit is going to backfire big time imo. Geragos is just throwing chit all over the place and hoping something will stick somewhere. He's an IDIOT. And Peterson is for sure the ICE MAN of MODESTO. The entire family are absolutely bottom feeding bizzare.
I am stunned by this statement by Geragos.

That is a PROVABLE lie.
The only thing I worry about with Distaso is that the prosecution has named 200 potential witnesses. That's too many to make a coherent case (in my very unprofessional opinion). I'm sure he plans to pare it down ... dramatically.
