Oh, you're talking about that Dr. Spitz, aren't you? I got to see him on TV, late last night (the Abrams show you're talking about).
Dr. Spitz was reminded by Dan that he had, early on, publicly concluded that the tape tied around the baby's neck must've been put on there by human hands.
He very emphatically retracted that position: last night, I heard him say that he now definitely believes that the tape was indeed debris that the baby's body got tangled in, and he is adamant that the tape was NOT placed there deliberately.
Spitz explained that he was sort of jumping the gun in his earlier statements, but that now that he'd had time to really get the facts, he knew the tape wasn't put on the baby deliberately.
Yep, that's the one I was talking about.

Dr. Spitz is the one I have been referring to Dev. He's great. Before he was only going on a description. He can NOW see. He's the specialist I was hoping that the Prosecution had. And I must say, I AM DELIGHTED that Cyril Wecht won't testify. I can retain a little faith in his credibility then. Dr. Lee WILL of course do his charade!! Make no mistake you guys, Geragos AND the Petersons are at some point going to turn this jury off. They are a collection of the most Classless putrid people I have ever watched.
