The public will NOT accept Jeb so soon after W. No way. It smacks too much of "dynasty," and it isn't going to happen. He could perhaps look at 2012 if a Dem gets in, or 2016. But there would be too much latent anti-Bush opposition.

If not Jeb, who? The lack of leadership in the GOP that rises to the level of presidential timber is disturbing.

Perhaps I'm pollyannaish, but if Bush has a successful second term, people may be clammering to continue the dynasty.
