Wonderful coverage tonight on Fox News... many interviews with friends and former associates ... brought back lots of memories and a lot I didn't remember.
Couldn't think of watching Brokaw or any of them do a half-hearted tribute but FNN did great.
FWIW, this afternoon I caught both both a Dan Rather and a Tom Brokaw retrospective on Reagan. I was stunned - absolutely stunned - that they were truthful, respectful, and flattering of Ronaldus Maximus. I mean it, they were quite well done. Barely touched on Iran-Contra and really showed the love and achievements of the man. Not AT ALL what I expected.
