Keep the Reagan Legacy going. Here's what you can do in your town and county.

Posted on 6/7/2004, 2:06:34 PM by 1Old Pro

Do your part to keep the legacy of Ronald Reagan growing so the generations to follow will be able to benefit from this great man.

We are already working in our town and county to get highways, roads, building etc named after Ronald Reagan. Peggy Noonan said the Leftist media will just about blow after this week, let's keep the legacy going so the media can't rewrite history.

I think Louisiana just named a section of highway after President Reagan. These efforts are good, but I think we should focus on quality and not quantity. Where I lived in the late 90's, Reagan Street was little more than an alley off the main drag. For all I know, that road was named after some other guy named Reagan, but it still seemed a little counterproductive if it was meant to honor the former president. The street was parallel to both Washington and Jefferson, but those roads both extended for several miles.
