From your post:

It is the duty of those who have the true knowledge to tell all freedom fighter that the jihad we begin now is a touchstone to separate the pure from the impure, to differentiate between hypocritesand the faithful. Therefore all infidels and non believers must be slain. Amerikkka must undergo total destruction.

I don't know what the answer is for people who think like this. What do you do with that? When it's kill or be killed, does it end with the last man standing? What?

"- broadbrushed demonization of an entire class of Americans (millions who bear the misfortune of being called "Muslim"),

******************************************************************* 95% of that bunch have not stepped up ONCE to denounce what their brothers and sisters in religion are doing. Not once. Not after the embassy bombings. Not after the Cole. Not after WTC1. Not after 9-11. Not after any of the beheadings. Danny Pearl, Nick Berg, Paul Johnson, Kim Seon-il and whoever is next (they have more hostages including our soldiers)

Let's not forget all the independent contractors in Iraq and Saudi Arabia that they have murdered. What about the ones dragged through the street and those burned and hung from a bridge? Which muslim group stepped up to that plate to denounce any of that?

Not to mention all the plots to kill us that have been thwarted.

Their religion preaches hatred & brainwashes their children in the madrasas.

Should we just forgive them all these murders?

Are you saying we can't hate them? Can I hate them after they kill another 3,000 or 30,000?

Since I have never murdered anyone I think I can cast that stone against them.

These people are savage barbarians living in the early centuries of murder and mayhem. If we don't get tough with them all I fear we are doomed. Our life in this country will NEVER be the same.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say here.

I don't think We are advocating terrorism. WE want it to stop. Whatever it takes to make them STOP is what we want. If we have to get tough with them so be it. That's all they know anyway, it's the only way to stop them. Fighting fire with fire!! WE are trying to do what we can to smoke them out rather than sticking our head in the sand and repeating the mantra of the DUmmies that "ALL IS WELL, LA LA LA"

I refrained from joining that nice little discussion in that forum you linked because the participants would not know I was writing in English with all the cuss words I was bound to use. I disagree with everyone there: even those defending Kim.

Specifically, I do not see occupation forces in Iraq at all. I see only Iraqi citizens; Iraqi and other evil non-Iraqi terrorists; and American and other coalition forces and civilians risking their lives every damn day and night to help that torn nation.

As for the civilians, Kim and others did not necessarily have to be in Iraq; Iraq is not the only foreign country that needs help these days. Companies have other avenues to line their coffers in other words.

Maybe the Kim supporters on that forum were just trying to remain somewhat politically correct in an effort to keep the Muslims posting there. But I would never concede that we are occupying Iraq at all. Never.

At this point I would love to shoot one of them.

WCG, who to shoot? I know you're typing out of frustration, fear and anger. Just....be careful....please.

I had to regroup yesterday and take a deep, hard look at who I am and who I want to be. The beheadings render me weak with emotion. Not fear, but an overwhelming sadness that there are people in this world who can perform such monstrous acts.

I can't get Mr. Kim's voice out of my heart.

I prayed alot yesterday and asked myself truly: "What WOULD Jesus do?" Therein lies the answer for me.

We are NOT them. We don't behead. We WILL prevail. But we will prevail...ONLY...because goodness trumps evil. And only because love conquers hatred.

***Pegita, sure could use one of your beautiful prayers for us all.

As if beheading weren't enough, now it is being reported that the South Korean's body had been booby trapped too!

This article below is pretty unnerving...We can trust Frank Gaffney but can we trust Salon?

Our country takes 2 steps back for every step forward it appears...

Islamist penetration of Homeland Security?
center for security policy ^ | 6/22/2004

Posted on 06/23/2004 7:18:13 AM EDT by ovrtaxt

For over two years, the Center for Security Policy has been warning that organizations and individuals sympathetic to or otherwise supportive of the radical, intolerant and jihadist subset of the Muslim faith known as "Islamists" have mounted a sophisticated political influence operation against the Bush Administration. Today’s Washington Times contains a column by Center President Frank Gaffney entitled "Dubious Company" that describes a meeting Secretary of State Colin Powell held with representatives of four such groups just last Thursday.

Unfortunately, it now seems clear that this influence operation has succeeded in getting more than meetings with senior officials. According to the on-line magazine Salon.com, a seemingly unqualified individual nonetheless secured a position as the policy director for the Department of Homeland Security's intelligence division, thanks to his ties to a well-connected political activist named Grover Norquist.

Norquist’s activities on behalf of, and together with, Islamist sympathizers and associates has been documented by numerous publications -- including a detailed analysis by Mr. Gaffney which appeared last December in FrontPageMagazine.com ("A Troubling Influence"). Norquist’s apparent role in the case of Faisal Gill is particularly interesting, however, insofar as it seems unlikely that Mr. Gill would have been considered for - let alone actually secured - his Homeland Security post but for the Norquist connection.

The nature of that connection is all the more troubling insofar as Mr. Gill was, according to Salon’s Washington correspondent, Mary Jacoby, "briefly removed from his job in March." Ms. Jacoby cites unnamed officials as saying the temporary removal occurred when "the FBI raised concerns with Homeland Security officials...after discovering that Gill had failed to list on security clearance documents his work in 2001 with the American Muslim Council." (The AMC and its operations feature prominently in a lengthy investigative article concerning Islamist activities centered in Herndon, Virginia that appeared on the front-page of yesterday’s Wall Street Journal.)

Ms. Jacoby goes on to report that:

The advocacy group, which was controlled by [Abdurahman] Alamoudi, has been under scrutiny in an investigation of terrorism financing. [Jacoby notes elsewhere in the article: "Alamoudi was indicted last year on terrorism-related money-laundering charges and now claims to have been part of a plot to assassinate Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Abdullah."] The lead agent in that investigation works for an arm of Homeland Security. Gill's omission of the information on his "Standard Form 86" national security questionnaire is a potential felony violation.

While Salon states that "There is no evidence...that Gill has taken any action to compromise national security," his failure to disclose a troubling association with an indicted terrorist conspirator raises serious questions about the circumstances and appropriateness of his placement in a position with access to some of the Nation’s most sensitive secrets. These include information about vulnerabilities associated with U.S. ports, airports, transportation systems, refineries, chemical and nuclear facilities, etc.

Even though Mr. Gill has been reinstated by his superiors at Homeland Security following what is said to have been "a thorough investigation," it is not obvious how someone who withheld information about his employment history could be "cleared" - especially given how troubling that information is.

As Ms. Jacoby reports: "Gill's placement in the sensitive intelligence job has alarmed government officials because it fits the operating theory of prosecutors and investigators that Alamoudi was part of a long-term scheme by Islamic extremists to place friendly, if perhaps unwitting, associates in key U.S. government positions."

The bottom line is that it is past time for a rigorous review of the extent and implications of the evident Islamist influence operation in official Washington and the troubling role that Grover Norquist has appeared to play in facilitating, if not actually enabling it. If the Bush Administration can or will not conduct such an examination, Congress should undertake to do so.

From your post:

"I won't post to a thread where people openly advocate terrorism, others silently approve, and the rest simply say nothing."

Look, I guess things must read differently, to me, anyway. I don't see any advocation of terrorism. I see dedicated, sincere people trying to help out, locate things, connect patterns, ferret out information. SOME of the information uncovered can have the tendency to ruffle feathers. In fact, some of it can make even the meekest of us, very angry. It passes, the anger, and things resume.

If the REAL terrorist succeed in their plans, they've promised to hit us so hard, we'll be too busy burying our dead to worry about anything else. Maybe you'll find some comfort in that we might not be able to fight back or harm any of the evil doers, other than with what is left of our military.

I read their words. I listen to their statements of intent. I know where they say their heart is. I know where my heart is. There is NOTHING I won't do to protect myself and my family against those who want to come into MY Country and do me harm. If, in your opinion, that makes me as bad as them, then so be it. And, yes, I firmly believe, based on the Jihad statements I've read, the pictures I've seen, what I've seen of their governments and belief systems, there is very much, an US and THEM.

I was referring to them threatening to take hostages here and behead them.

If they try to attack us here or take hostages to behead them then I would want to be armed.

If a terrorscum was in your view attempting to blow something up, release chemicals or trying to kidnap you or a friend wouldn't you shoot if you could? By the time you call the police or DHS (if you are able to) it will be too late.

If we don't stop them it will come to this. Remember they want US all dead.

Weird. More sick cows:

CONNECTION BETWEEN EXPLOSION & SICK COWS?
(AP) State officials are still trying to determine if there is a connection between the Formosa Plastics Plant explosion and an outbreak of sick cows. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency says test results on about 25 cows have been inconclusive. Testing will continue at federal labs. the I.E.P.A. says the cows began to show signs of chronic wasting disease, but the symptoms of fever and weight loss improved in many of the animals after their food source of pasture grass was changed.
