I just got home from a really long day, helping with graduation and meeting a very old friend just in from D.C. I want to thank you for the "tidbits" you sent me. I had to cut and paste them onto a document for study. It looks fascinating. Thread nine is now locked and I need to keep up with whats going on, so I'll take this extraordinary document a piece at a time. Thank you, again.
