Actually I sold it twice, once to a man who wanted the 40 acres and the day escrow closed, the house on 2 acres went to a young family for very little money. My investor did not do houses.

Granny, it doesn't matter. it is our DREAM. and frankly the odds that we will actually be around to do it, I think are pretty small. I can't really see myself being anywhere in twenty years. I honestly think we are that close to the Rapture. But, maybe that's just me. In any case, it's STILL our dream and I won't give it up for anything.
