The story I posted above from the Boston Globe archives of 1988 has ended up on the front page of the Drudge Report this morning. I posted this story last night at 9 PM PST on Freerepublic's Front Page Section. Drudge picked it up this morning.
1988 Flashback: Kerry calls Reagan Presidency "Moral Darkness" in convention speech
Finally the truth is coming out, thanks to conservative media like Freerepublic and The Drudge Report.
I hope many people see and read this today. I will continue my archival research on Kerry, because the Iron Wall mainstream media has failed to or is unwilling to do so.
PING
Great job!!!
Careful, folks... CAREFUL!
The last thing we want is to be seen as standing on Reagan's corpse to punch Kerry in the nose.
Hi Matt!
bookmarked to read later...
I like to see it as us knocking Kerry off Reagan's corpse.
EXACTLY why the Clinton's feigned their "Memorial NAP"...they want US to perform like monkeys at the end of their chain...
The SLEEP act is nothing more than two selfish children playing pranks...and will claim otherwise...best to ignore the scum
Ok, I agree with you. But even more than that, the last thing we want is Kerry standing on Reagan's coffin claiming to be the heir to his legacy. . .which is forthcoming any hour now.
I agree, it was the disgusting twosomes way of mocking President Reagan. Low class, trailer park trash.
Good Work!
We're not standing on his corpse, we're standing on our own, bolstered by his legacy. I simply cannot contain myself these days - hearing those old, great speeches and being reminded strongly of Reagan's excellence.
The Clintons are scum...
I think that would make a nice radio ad. Is there audio of the Lurch quote?
Good job. The research skills of freepers puts the media and the RNC to shame.
Yeah, I know I shouldn't insult people like that, but it's hard to think of something to discribe the depth of depravity of these two. Unless it's the Mass. mansion trash.
I agree on not using this to punch Kerry between the eyes. At least, not yet.
But there will come a time on the campaign trail, or in a debate, where Kerry will make a reference to Reagan, and try to hint that he's closer to Reagan's ideals than is Dubya. That's when the "moral darkness" comment should get unloaded.
Good work. I would bet there are plenty of Kerry gems out there that people need to know about.
Darn good way to put it.
And great job, nwrep!
