Do you think the Bush campaign would have the cajones to run an ad like this this year: Bush is too busy killing his "bears" to run commercials. Nice try at once again trashing Bush. You are really getting annoying.

Please do NOT promote a thread posted by a Bush basher, using old Reagan/Bush adds,to slam President Bush.
Just look at the remarks made,over/under several links.
To: Mo1
Ignore them. I had a scrap with them on another thread because they thought a good way of promoting Bush would be by attacking Ronald Reagan.

Far more than "annoying" and he also lies through his teeth about his agenda.

To: ambrose; Mo1
ambrose, you are lying through your teeth.
You are trying, with this thread,to prove somehow how inferior President Bush and his team is.You're also the one who said that we shouldn't compare President Bush with President Reagan;however, that is exactly what you are attempting to do,with derogatory notes to boot, with this pointless thread.
You and ONLY you brought a fight to another thread;in fact YOU instigated it.
To: ambrose
Au contraire...there YOU go again, being Clintonian.
To: ambrose
Post the evidence Ambrose or retract the lie.

Nuh uh. By the 1980s, Birchers were viewed as right-wing quacks, not much different than today's Liberty Post. BS. Reagan accepted their endorsement and didn't disavow them until they turned on him. In every way, Bush has lived closer to the "myth of Reagan" than Reagan did. Bush has not raised taxes, RR did, Bush has not cut and run in the ME, RR did, Bush did not lobby for the Brady bill, RR did, Bush signed a significant anti-abortion bill, RR didn't, Bush has not doubled FICA taxes, RR did, Bush has not signed an amnesty bill, RR did. RR had all the rhetoric right and he used it better than Bush but Bush has actually walked the talk.
