What part of "chain of command" does she not understand?

Well, seeing as she was only promoted for PC reasons, not because of any actual merit, I'd say she probably missed out on the lesson about how the commanding officer takes responsibility for the actions of the soldiers that she commands.

Why are the only ones (as far as I know) being prosecuted ENLISTED men and women? I know when I was in, they told us Crap rolls downhill, but this is ridiculous. The officers in charge are saying they didn't know of this stuff (which I think is NOT abuse or torture), then they are guilty of derelection of duty................

She's from the Clinton era - nothing can be her fault - ever. And the only way for her to possibly win and keep this alive until after the elections (what's best for the troops be damned) is to make this loud and public. She's not a real general. She's a political animal.
