In the meantime, this is the point and why Europeans and World Bank shouldn't support them :

Of course, I agree. But the world bank is the crucible, don'tcha know. . . shaping the world economy the only way it knows how. You don't want to deprive them of taking over another country making an 'honest' buck, do you?
