Whoa there. First off, El Paso has 70% humidity? No freakin way. And you can play golf 365 out of the year there. It's true EP has definitely approached equilibrium with the Mesico side as would have been expected after the borderline evaporated, but still you can whack a golf ball to your heart's content. No way the sweatiest city. That would be Houston.

Not so much, because here in Houston we all have AC, and we don't sweat.

No, no, no --- you cannot let the truth out about El Paso weather which is actually about the most ideal weather there is. Chilly nights even in the summer --- cold enough in the winter to know it's winter but not cold enough to affect your heat bills much --- and it can be over 100 with just a ceiling fan going and you're comfortable.
