Sounds like you had a great outing. Good break from the rain we've had all week.

Yuba, huh? What is different about hurricane beach? I mean, what could you do to it to change it? Pave it? Did they put in campgrounds or something? Is the sand still there?

i found they drained the lake two years ago to rebuild the dam and so the lake is only 1/3 full and rising.

and yes they put in 50 new developed camping sites gated the north beach to slow the morons and two wheelers down

and pottys and picnic areas abound!

the site of our halon experience is 50 feet above shoreline now..
