I don't know if I agree. She flashed her thong at him as a mating call. If was "because SHE could" as well, in the fine tradition of trailer park chickies everywhere. She was quite surprised he didn't want to complete the act.
He makes no excuses AFAIK about Linda Tripp. Here is a woman doing the decent thing and blowing the whistle about Monica blowing Bill's. She was subjected to illigal harassment after revealing the truth. What ever happened to the whistleblower act?
