The Iraqi war is no less justified - we're still dealing with a network of terrorist organizations supported by rogue states, and when you can't attack that network directly, it's perfectly appropriate morally and srategically to go after those who support them.....

Fair enough. While Shakir could prove to be that operational link between Hussein and 9/11, it's not necessary to prove that connection to justify the war. There's overwhelming evidence of a decade-long alliance between Hussein and al Qaeda... that's more than enough reason to have taken Baghdad.
