No blood on the ground, not wearing their equipment, no bullet marks nearby - looks like they were dumped there as a PR ploy for the foreign press????

But the locals always loot whatever usable gear our guys were wearing, so the lack of gear may or may not be indicative of posing.

My guess is the scumbags stole their vests and weapons, obviously this would require moving the guys around.

From what I understand, it's highly unusual for 4 marines to be on patrol alone without support...I'm sure there are going to be more details.

The flak jackets and helmet were reported to have been taken but it looks to me as if their blouses were taken too ( jackets to non military types)..I see one helmet.. I don't see weapons..maybe I need a closer look. Someone may have a point that they were put there after the fact..
