With her sleek, honey-blond coif and understated but deftly applied makeup, the former first daughter has undergone a dramatic transformation from bookish collegiate to soign‚e sophisticate - sparking rumors she had help from a plastic surgeon. Not so, counter a panel of insiders - who insist the 24-year-old's new urban-cool polish is the result of flattering makeup, soft golden highlights and a layered haircut that aspiring look-alikes have already christened "The Chelsea."
"I don't think she's had any surgery," says Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc, a Manhattan plastic surgeon. "The proportions of her face are the same ...

The nose is dramatically different too.
With all that work - obvious chin and nose work, and I'm suspicious about the way the cheekbones look, too - she manages to look average. What a triumph!

As someone who has naturally wavey hair, from her to go from a fro to this involves a LOT of chemical treatments, not to mention lots of ironing. If she's had anything done, she had a nose job and a chin implant.
You can do anything you want to the outside - polish it, wax it, shine it, re-mold it, shorten it, stretch it, thin it, thicken it, paint it, varnish it, fluff it, smooth it, color it, pinch, pleat, and staple it!
But on the inside - where the genes are - it's still a Clintoon - Yech!

"Laughing off reports" but the key here is not denying. Chelsea definitely looks like she's had a nose and chin job with lightened hair. Possibly some cheek work. Not surprising with all that money mummy & daddy are making off their individual lies, she can afford it.

It's amazing what a shower, a hairbrush, 15 pounds of make-up, and a good plastic surgeon will do for one's appearance.

Looks like nose and chin alterations to me.

Hillary got her politician (admittedly, handsome only to liberals and their propagandists!) who swept her into power on the laps of the adoring media.
Chelsea is continuing that "photo attraction" to keep the Clinton name in the national media.

i dont know about chin implants (never even heard about them before) but Yes definitly to nose job, not that thier is anything wrong with that. About time she did something with her Hair and i suppose the rest could be just ageing out of her awkward teens.

The problem is anybody marrying her is stuck with the clintons as their in-laws.
Can you imagine having to invite them to your house for a week or letting them visit your kids, unescorted?

I have curly hair and it can be straightened with a roller brush and a blow dryer.
