i dont know about chin implants (never even heard about them before) but Yes definitly to nose job, not that thier is anything wrong with that. About time she did something with her Hair and i suppose the rest could be just ageing out of her awkward teens.

Now if she could just have a political makeover and come out as a Republican..I would love to see her parents reaction and would then admit she is prettier.

She cant help who her parents are, it would be great to see her rebel against their political beliefs. But, she probably shares them. I really dont know.
