That's very kind of you to say, RonDog, but Firebrand is a Tri-State FReeper; although she has freeped with the DC Chapter, so that makes her an honorary DC Chapter member as well. And Doctor Raoul, well... he can't be fenced in by any one chapter, I don't think. He's a Worldwide FReeper. For sure, photos of the Good Doctor are on computers all over the world; and in some of the darnedest places, too.
