The title is exactly as it appears in the Post. And I don't know why the quotes are there either. I am finding it an unnecessary and offensive bit of "editorializing".

Maybe the quotes are there because there might be questions as to whether or not this is fits the definition of "rape".

You see it all depends on what your definition of "rape" is.
