I don't approve of either spouse's behavior. His wife did cheat on her husband. That doesn't mean this was a matter of public interest. Using the judge's reasoning, are we now going to open every divorce battle in the country to public scrutiny? Its quite interesting, this demand to know about the Ryans' marital life from the same people who insisted adamantly Bill Clinton's adultery was a private matter.
You're obviously of the opinion that she is telling the truth! Let's look at the facts:
1. She admits infidelity
2. There is a bitter custody battle.
3. She claims this behavior happened...he vehemently denies it.
4. She is with her elitist Hollywood freaks everyday and he is teaching in an urban school.
Hmmmmm, I think I smell a lie and it's coming from the west! Of course, if she admits now it wasn't true, she gets arrested for perjury. Ask Martha if it's good to perjure yourself.
No doubt this guy is toast unless she comes forward and admits that she lied. Shame, I believe him when he says he didn't do this. Your observation is the most obvious defense.
