The comment made was not what was represented by the press, as I understood it.
CNN has been having a real bad egg on face week.
The comment wasn't that bad, but evidently if you read the transcript of their little meeting, the juror talked about talking to his girl friend and family about things on the news concerning the trial.
He HAS to be booted!
