I agree that we need to be more aggressive. However, this does not mean that that we do not need more soldiers.
We could have used another division on the ground last year for pacification.
I agree that we do not have enough armored Humvees. The conclusion is to BUY MORE M1114 and M1116 varients.. In fact, we should look to a specialty convoy/security vehicle.
A modified and armored LAV III would work
