my point exactly! you need humor thrown in now and then! yeeesh, I took the ribbing from my brothers the moment I told them I'm joining the Marine Corps and becomeing a jarhead once I finished high school. Then you have your best friend join the Navy AND become a submariner...talk about fkcing with each..yeeesh! LOL

At a time when the Army has taken 74% of all KIA in the WOT and the USMC has taken around 20% I am in no mood to listen to the jarheads tell us how jacked up we are. Before they returned to theater earlier this year some Marines were telling us how jacked up a job the 82nd had done in Fallujah. Right after it was turned over to the USMC all hell broke loose. Marines now do seven month tours in country, all Army units do a full year. Despite what the USMC teaches recruits in boot camp, the greatest victories of American arms belong to the US Army.
