It was garbled but I did distinctly hear Cheney use the phrase, "___k you, and the horse you rode in on."

That's because he's from Wyoming and W's house is in Txeas. When I lived in Colorad, I used that expression sometimes.

I own property in Wyoming, Texas and Colorado, so do I get to use that expression sometimes, too? ;-)

I'm from NJ and I've added the "and the horse you rode in on!" as well.
From what I understand with Senator Leahy's medical ailments and his well dependence upon "Depends", maybe it would have been more accurate if VP Cheney told Leahy "he was full of sh!t!"!!!
