Since his casket was wrapped on the South Korean flag, they must be giving him honors, right???
Not in the sense of military honor. Just a sympathetic treatment on a national level to a victim of horrible brutality.
Why are the honor guards wearing masks?
That is what they do when they carry coffins, or ashes. Probably the custom started a long time ago to keep off stench. That is my speculation.
One wonders if the 3000 troops they'll be sending will be RoK Marines rather than the engineer and logistics types they may have originally intended? 3000 seriously PO'd RoK Marines.
They need to send 30,000 p.o'd ROK military over to Iraq. roh (small case r intended) shouldn't have any shortage of people from what I hear, for ex-military are lining up to volunteer? But alas, we are talking about the Korean RAT in the Blue House.......
