THey do go fast, so you need a bunch. I once fed ~20 a couple of times over a period of a few months. They begged me to tell them where I got the "little chickens". They quizzed every store in the town and the surroundings about "little chickens", but left empty handed. At the end of the season at the last feast I told them where they came from. Did you know people can indeed turn green? Even after they did, some went back to chowing down!
It's interesting how people always find mystery meat to taste just like chicken.
