In Iran's case, I hope so. As for the Saudi's...if their own people overthrow them, things could get much worse. UBL is a hero to many of the citizens of Saudi Arabia. And with Saudi being the home of the Islamic Faith and Wahhabiaism, I just don't see this country getting much better than it already is.
