Hence the multiple voter registrations...he is just another perpetrator of voter fraud. He ought to be arrested.
There might be something technical in the law, but he really doesn't get in trouble until he votes in both places. This information should be available to the election bureaus. When I moved, I was technically registered in both places even though I had asked to be removed from the rolls. I'm sure that's not the case with M. Moore, though.
